Nathan Abbo, a native to East County San Diego has been working in Real Estate his entire professional career. In addition to working with Buyers and Sellers, Nathan has been able to forge long lasting relationships with developers throughout San Diego and has researched, projected, marketed and sold out several multi-home development projects. His extensive knowledge and background in finance and lending have helped him accomplish these large transactions. Nathan not only works with developers throughout the county, but he also owns many residential, commercial and multi-use properties throughout Greater San Diego, himself, where he has been able to identify a good deal and build out his vision for the property in order to maximize it’s value and sustainability. 

Nathan has been recognized for his outstanding achievements throughout his career; whether it has been for giving back to the community, helping educate other agents, building his business or being at the top of his game. Most recently, Nathan was named the runner-up for CityBeat’s 2018 Agent of the Year. He has also been recognized with the highest awards from his company- Chairman’s Circle Gold, Silver or Bronze for the last 5 years.
